Britechem has documented its ISO 9001 quality management system to ensure that the company’s reputation for excellent service is maintained — and customer expectations and requirements are exceeded.

This policy is communicated to our staff, regularly reviewed for continuing suitability, and continually improved for maximum effectiveness.

Britechem demonstrates its commitment to this policy as follows:

  1. Ensuring that the quality policy and quality objectives established for the QMS are compatible with the context and strategic direction of the organization
  2. Providing Britechem’s staff with suitable know-how through training as well as the necessary resources to allow them to carry out their duties effectively
  3. Achieving a consistent and reliable performance at an economical cost
  4. Purchasing the best quality raw material available at a cost-effective price
  5. Providing high quality products at a low dilution cost.
  6. Manufacturing our own unique range of products at our well-maintained factory
  7. Serving our customers in an excellent, diligent, honest and caring manner – including meeting applicable requirements
  8. Providing telephonic support for all product, account and other enquiries and giving feedback to the customer
  9. Meeting the following delivery deadlines to customers’ premises:
    • Western Cape: 2 to 3 work days from order confirmation
    • Rest of South Africa: 3 to 5 work days from order confirmation
  10. Visiting the customer every 4 to 6 weeks by means of our representatives
  11. Providing training to the customer’s staff to ensure safe and cost-effective use of our products
  12. Regularly reviewing inspection results attained at the customer and providing feedback
  13. Monitoring the level of our customers’ stock during every visit from our representatives
  14. Ensuring that communication between the customer and the staff of Britechem benefits our customer by continually improving our quality system – to meet the changing needs of the customer.
